Why I built this

For 25 years I've led strategy, transformation and AI engagements across government, enterprise and the private sector: KPMG Partner and Tech Media Telco Sector Leader, Vice President at Capgemini scaling a division 8×, and Chief Customer & Digital Officer for the Queensland Government, a $675 million, 1,850-person division where I raised Queensland's national digital ranking from 9th to 4th and delivered Australia's first public sector AI platform. I know what consulting-grade thinking looks like. I know where the bar needs to be.

That calibre of thinking has traditionally carried a steep price. A Big 4 engagement typically runs six months and $350,000. The organisations that need it most (mid-market businesses, government departments with constrained budgets, boards asking sharper questions than their teams can yet answer) are precisely the ones unable to access it.
