myAIstrategy is an AI-powered strategic assessment platform that analyses organisations for AI disruption exposure. The Service provides AI disruption scoring, threat and opportunity identification, strategic initiative planning, AI maturity assessment, downloadable deliverables and access to AI advisory conversations. The Service is provided as a hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) application accessible via web browser.
Some features require providing an email address or purchasing a paid tier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and keeping your information accurate.
The Service provides AI-powered strategic analysis and recommendations. Deliverables may include the AI Disruption Snapshot, AI Disruption Analysis, AI Strategy Canvas, AI Transformation Roadmap and AI Executive Presentation, depending on the tier purchased.
The Service does not include and should not be interpreted as providing:
Recommendations contained in deliverables are starting points for further evaluation by you and your professional advisors, not implementation-ready directives.
Deliverables are based on: (a) information you provide via URL submission, document upload and survey responses; (b) publicly available information gathered by automated research tools at the time of analysis; and (c) AI-generated analysis of those inputs.
We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness or currency of any source material. The quality and accuracy of deliverables depend directly on the quality and completeness of the information you provide and the information publicly available at the time of analysis.
Automated research draws on publicly available web content. We do not guarantee access to paywalled, restricted or recently published content. Information gathered may not reflect the most current state of your organisation, industry or competitive landscape.
We are not responsible for detecting fraud, errors, omissions or illegal acts in the information provided to us or sourced through automated research.
myAIstrategy provides access to AI-powered analysis, strategic assessment, advisory conversations, deliverable generation and other intelligent features. These tools are designed to support strategic thinking, AI readiness assessment and decision quality.
AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and analysis only. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and acting on any AI-generated content at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of AI-generated output. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You should independently verify any critical claims before acting on them.
The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to process your data and generate analysis. Your data is transmitted to these providers' servers for processing. We select providers with appropriate security and privacy commitments, but we are not responsible for their infrastructure or practices beyond our contractual arrangements with them. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
Interactions with AI features may be logged to improve quality, functionality and safety, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is never used to train AI models for other customers.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access to AI features where misuse is detected.
Deliverables do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or audit advice. Nothing in the Service or its outputs should be construed as a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any specific business, legal or financial action.
You should consult qualified professionals, including legal practitioners, financial advisors, tax agents and accountants, before making business decisions based on our deliverables. High Impact Group Pty Ltd is not a registered financial adviser, legal practitioner, tax agent or auditor.
Where a service tier includes expert review, the review is limited to a strategic-level assessment of the AI-generated deliverables for reasonableness and coherence. It does not constitute an independent audit, due diligence or verification of underlying data, assumptions or projections. The reviewer applies professional judgment but does not independently research or verify your organisation's circumstances beyond the information already gathered by the platform.
Deliverables are prepared solely for your internal business use. They are not intended for, and should not be relied upon by, any third party. We accept no duty of care, liability or responsibility to any person or entity other than you in connection with the deliverables.
If you share deliverables with third parties, including board members, investors, advisors, regulators or other stakeholders, you do so at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any reliance placed on them by those parties.
You retain all rights to the data you upload, enter or generate through the Service (“Your Data”). We do not use Your Data to train AI models or improve services for other customers. We access Your Data only to provide the Service, maintain system integrity and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. We provide data export functionality (downloadable deliverables) to assist with this.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service (“Confidential Information”), and to use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
We may share your Confidential Information with third-party service providers (including AI providers, payment processors and hosting providers) to the extent necessary to deliver the Service, provided those providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
By using the Service, you agree you will not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or consequence arising from your use of the Service, including indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of business opportunity. This includes outcomes from using AI analysis, acting on recommendations contained in deliverables, or any other use of platform features.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
To the extent the Australian Consumer Law applies and where the Services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the Services or paying the cost of having the Services re-supplied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Impact Group Pty Ltd from any claims, liabilities, losses or legal costs resulting from: (a) your use of the platform or deliverables beyond the scope permitted by these Terms; (b) your provision of inaccurate or misleading information to the Service; (c) third-party claims arising from your business decisions based on deliverables; or (d) your breach of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or related to the Service must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by closing your account. Where you have a subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon termination by either party, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.
Payment obligations for services rendered up to the date of termination survive termination.
The following provisions survive termination or expiry of these Terms: Scope and Exclusions (Section 3), Information Reliance (Section 4), Professional Advice Disclaimer (Section 6), No Third-Party Reliance (Section 7), Confidentiality (Section 9), Intellectual Property (Section 13), No Guarantees or Warranties (Section 14), Limitation of Liability and Indemnity (Section 15), this Survival clause (Section 17) and Governing Law and Disputes (Section 21).
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We use third-party tools for payment processing, AI processing and platform performance. We are not responsible for content or practices of external websites linked from our platform.
Neither party is liable for disruptions, delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including cyberattacks, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service provider outages (including AI and hosting providers), pandemics, natural disasters, war, industrial action or government action.
